New to the scene — but not new new — co-founders Mehreen and Angela crossed paths in 2023
and quickly realised they shared more than just creative chemistry. After working together, it was clear:
they had to build something different.

So they did.

MAAD was born out of a desire to strip away the bloated, bureaucratic nonsense of traditional agencies and create a space where clients could actually collaborate. Where the work moves culture, not just product. Now based in Sydney — with a global POV shaped by stints from NYC to Singapore — they’re laying roots and shaking things up.
